As part of our ongoing commitment to security and infrastructure improvements, we will be upgrading our core operating system from AWS AL2 to the latest version, AWS AL2023. This upgrade is scheduled for Wednesday, 14 May, between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM AEST.
We have taken every precaution to minimize any impact on your experience. However, during this window, you may notice a 5-10minute interruption in Brainfish performance This is due to the relocation of our vector database to a new machine node and image as part of the upgrade.
Please be rest assured that this maintenance is planned and controlled—there is no unexpected outage.
